Moon physics

I just hope items I put down actually touch the ground, and don't clearly hover millimeters above it.

yeah the physics on oblivion were a bit..skewed

'Moon Physics' will be the name of the all-Khajiit prog rock band that plays in a secret cellar somewhere in a tavern in Skyrim. Completely off their faces on Skooma. You heard about this easter egg here first folks.

+1

stop playing games then specialty rpgs were we build stats ,if we get highs stats in speed and acrobatics we should jump very high and run fast.

last i checked there was no 'parachute' skill

Hmph, I rather liked being able to jump over people on top of their horses. It made me feel more super-human and less like an average chump.

I also liked the ability to jump 'ridiculously' high.

Of course, the lack of an ability to grab on and pull yourself up onto a surface meant the game needed to add an additional 6-7' to jump height and "safe" falling distance.

In addition to falling accelleration (didn't they do high school physics?),,,
,,,I would like to see accelleration of the main character based on their weight (weight of equipment), so a heavy character couldn't side-step or dodge as fast as a unarmed character, but still have a similar top speed so they don't get bored on long walks.

Excellent idea! It would give an advantage to those of us who prefer a smaller, ranger style of combat. A nimble archer should be able to dodge an incoming attack much quicker than a lumbering warrior weighted down with heavy armor. I'm hoping they implement this!

I just hope we don't die from fall damage when we walk down a mountain.

I sort-of enjoyed knocking monsters back twenty feet with a well shot arrow.

I don't like how I could try to run down some stairs in Oblivion and my character would just run forward then fall and take damage. Morrowind was better in this regard.
