When will it be available for PC somewhere other than steam? : Fallout: New Vegas

If Dead Money is on D2D, then it stands to reason that Honest Hearts and the other DLCs would show up. However I have heard no announcement. Does D2D give a release date as to when they started selling Dead Money? That might give an idea to the lag for Honest Hearts. However I would guess a week or two.
