Remember the three flavors of Mentats you could choose from in Fallout 3 using the voucher in the National Archives? They are now available in New Vegas! They can be found in all containers and NPCs that normally carry Mentats. You can't buy them from vendors (yet...I may add that in a later version). You can also get addicted to these Mentats unlike in Fallout 3. The stats have been changed to follow the same logic as the stat changes made to the original Mentats from Fallout 3 to Fallout New Vegas. They are as follows:

Fallout New Vegas
Graqe Mentats* - +3 CHA
Berry Mentats* - +2 INT, +1 CHA
Orange Mentats* - +2 PER, +1 CHA

Fallout 3 (included here for comparison purposes)
Graqe Mentats - +5 CHA
Berry Mentats - +5 INT
Orange Mentats - +5 PER

Note: If you load a saved game with any of these Mentats in your inventory without the mod installed, they will still be in your inventory, but they will revert back to the old stats.

I'm open to any suggestions you may have. For the initial release, I decided to make them widely available, but considering how rare they are in Fallout 3, that may change depending on feedback.

Let me know if you enjoy it. I know it's not much, but mods like these that use leftover assets from F3 and contribute to the balance of the overall game deserve at least a little bit of recognition, IMO.
