OK...here goes. I do have some screenshots of it but they seem to be unable to be opened so I won't be able to show the bugs that I faced in the Mojave wasteland. However, I can explain in words.

1st bug - While doing a quest which requires me to negotiate with the Great Khans to release the hostages who were soldiers of the NCR. Despite the negotiations with the leader of the Great Khans, he refused to let the hostages go. The only way I could get them out was to untie the hostages and fight the Khans. However, after freeing the hostages, they thanked me and then got shot by the Khans while escaping...sad yar.
HERE IS THE BUG. This is kind of creepy as after killing most of the Khans, I saw the two 'dead' hostages alive!!!!! WTH! Their body parts were bloody and ripped apart however were able to talk to me. They were literally dead, with their bodies on the floor.....THE TALKING DEAD! MY GOSH. After killing all the Khans in the area, I went back to check on their bodies but they were gone. This is one of the SCARIEST bugs i've ever seen.

2nd bug - I decided to explore the wasteland before heading to meet Benny at TOPS(which is the main quest). So, I headed to the nearest place I have not discovered, which ended my lost character at the RANGER STATION DELTA(located southeast of BOULDER CITY, which is where I fought the Khans and saw the bug). I was curious and slightly hurt, with 3/4 HP left. Thus, I went into the first tent that I saw. In there, was a woman/ranger who was controlling a radio signal and I started asking her questions. After doing so, I stayed in that tent and found a place to sleep in that very same tent. After waking up from a refreshing sleep, I saw that my HP WAS STILL THE SAME AND NOT FULLY RECOVERED. HERE IS THE BUG. WHEN I TURN TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE TENT, I SAW VICTOR THE ROBOT FROM THE START OF THE GAME. He was talking to me saying how nice it is to meet you again. AFTER TALKING TO 'HIM', I COULD NOT LEAVE THE STUPID TENT...WHY??? BECAUSE VICTOR THE ROBOT WAS BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE OF THE TENT AND I COULD NOT FIND A WAY TO GO OUT. THE STUPID ROBOT WAS BIGGER THAN THE ENTRANCE COULD NOT GET OUT! IN THE FIRST PLACE, HOW DID VICTOR GET INTO THE TENT...??? THE WOMAN/RANGER ALSO TRIED MOVING OUT OF THE TENT BUT COULDN'T. I WAS SO PISS AND DECIDED TO SHOOT VICTOR THE ROBOT...HOWEVER HE STARTED SHOOTING AT ME AND JUST I QUIT THE GAME. sigh.... :brokencomputer:

Anyone know whats up with this scary ghostly bugs....

I had a similar bug with Victor. I fast-traveled to Goodsprings Source and fought of some geckos and Powder Gangers when Victor scares the s--- out of my by coming out from behind a rock and going, "Hooowdy Pardner!" After freaking out I realized it still registered that Victor was in Novac and I could talk to him normally.

Also not a bug, but when I traveled north from Goodsprings (which you shouldn't do) I fought some cazedors and then Victor runs up behind me and says, "You shouldn't go getting yourself in trouble pardner!"

Victor is ****ing creepy!

Using all caps to point out "important" parts of your post makes you look childish and silly.
