I want to take the picture of the overseer and amata (VOverseerPicture01) and using that model and texture turn it into a picture of some of my characters. So I posed them and all, went ingame, took a bunch of screen shots and picked the best one. Then I extract the texture for the picture, and photoshop my picture in over it. It looks great, and I save as png. Then go into gimp and convert it into a dds. Then made a texture set for it and put it ingame. I then noticed weird green specs all over it. Further investivate revealed they were added when converting it from png to dds in gimp. Does anyone know what would cause this? I converted the photo back into a png and they are still there.

Does anyone know what is causing it to mess up the image and add these green pixels? I made sure I'm doing BC3/DTX5 and generated mipmaps. I have made dds using gimp before no problem... I tried several times with the exact same result each time. Anyone input is welcome! The green specs are rather obvious so I would rather not leave them there.
Thanks for any help.
