The Ambassador for the NCR is missing in his office has to be a bug. Went in at Day and night to check not there, his secretary says hes there. I think i had i quest from him with boomers but now wanted to continue can't find him. Does anyone know his NPC code maybe hes somewhere else.

My mistake i noticed that i helped Mr. House too much so the NCR will not give me missions anymore.
