Make your own CM partner. Instructions are included with the mod for just that purpose Or use one of the optional esps that are included- one of them adds....what is it, twenty? thirty? CM partners to the world, and I know that there are men among them.

You would be better served making one yourself that way you can customize it to your liking.

It's incredibly easy to. Not hard at all.

I have seen many male CM partner mods - and they don't seem particularly feminine. If you are stuck try Gimli the dwarf. Hardly effeminate.

This is a fair point though, about 90% of CM companions are female elves, often depicted scantily clad. Mind, I do have about 6-9 of those currently installed.

If you want a male companion with a bit of character, Vance and Keric are worth a try, they are on Nexus.
