Well I jumped off a high ledge and died but right as I died, (the screen JUST changed to show my guy crippling and dieing) I paused and loaded my last save. The little guy appeared in the corner of my screen showing me my legs were crippled even though this was a new save. My character is limping and walking slow just like when my legs are actually crippled. I checked my pip boy and my legs were full health, everything was. It wont let me use a doctors bag or use stimpacks. And i know on this save I didn't have crippled legs. Reloading the save works but I figured I would point it out anyways. Anyone experience this before?

You could try crippling your legs again with a mine, then healing, that might correct the issue.
