The caravan trader in mojave outpost "Bug."

Everytime I try to buy those cards from The caravan trader at mojave outpost, my game froze right after buying. Is this a known bug or something new?

Like most bugs in this game, just reload from last ck point. This thing is a mess of a game ,the game it self is a wasteland
