Modding xbox 360 fallout 3 files off of a usb : Fallout 3

I'm a console gamer, and xbox games can now be saved onto a usb device. I know that fallout 3 files can be modded on your flash drive, but i want a reliable kit. I know many have been made, so I would like to know if anyone would help me find the things I need to mod fallout 3 files on my usb.
