Allright, i think im experiencing some sort of texture pop-in. From what i've seen, it only happens with posters. For example, at a bus shelter in Falls Church, there are poster on the bus shelter. If i step back, they will appear. When i move closer, they will disappear. Only a couple of them will show up if i go in front of it, to a very close proximity.

What could be the possible cause for this?

corrupt install ...

Next time do that defrag.
