Currently trying to do the quest where you need to collect the marks of dibella to give to Haelga. I have the first two but I can't find Bolli anywhere and if I set the quest to active, his marker doesn't appear. Furthermore, I can't get into his house. When I look at the entrance it just says "open door" as if it just opens a door to a new room rather than a new area and when I open it, nothing happens. Has anyone else encountered this? Tried re-loading multiple saves and it is present in all of them.
