» Thu Jan 14, 2016 3:24 am I've been looking all over the net for a fix to the crash to desktop and Blue Screen of Death issues with FO4. I finally found a fix that worked for me. Note this works only for Radeon gfx cards.
Download the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility and run it to completely remove all Radeon drivers and applications. (do a web search for it since I can't post links)
Download and run CCleaner or some other similar utility to scan and remove all remaining empty registry entries.
Download and install the latest Radeon drivers.
Following these steps, I was finally able to actually play the game for the first time in over a week.
