I am running vanilla FNV on PC and am having trouble completing the Lonesome Road quest line. I cannot pick up the Laser Detonator and it shows no select/pick up item option anywhere nearby. I can pick up the Red Glare just fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue? A quick google search reveals a few glitches with the laser detonator, but not this particular one...
