hi everyone i have a problem that has me kinda puzzled, first i just hit level 89 1/2 and i was trying to wear my enchanted pieces to make some stronger smithing and enchanting potions well with my pieces equipted with all had 28% improvement i am constantly only able to make all of my potions only 4% stronger no matter what... on my last game i was able and had no problem making stronger potions. does anyone have any ideas what could cause this? i just made my aclemy legandary and have the first three perks activated. any fixes that anyone might know of ???, let me know thank you in advance

edit - nvm...no sleep and fortify alcohol potions make me something something...?!?!

2nd edit - I was thinking maybe it has something to do with the fortify restoration exploit,at extremely high numbers the game will register them as negative numbers and the glitch will not work,typically numbers over ten million do this...and this : http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim_talk:Alchemy#Legendary_Alchemy_Skill possibly when you legendary alchemy it is registering negative cumulatively ?

Or it is because you legendary alchemy...even with the enchanted gear and first three perks,because the skill is at or around level 40,your potions are going to be weaker because of the skill level,compared to it being level 89 ?
