» Tue Jan 28, 2014 5:17 pm So, like the title says, Powder gangers keep turning up at Nellis, hanging out on a runway near the main hangers. They are not aggressive, even though I'm hated by their faction. The Bomers ignore them, they ignore the boomers, and if I speak to them all they say is "Why are you even talking to me?". Does anyone know if these guys are supposed to be there, or is it some kind of glitch?
It's not game-breaking or anything, but it sure has me puzzled...
