parked my power armor at the red rocket garage. did some things and came back. now its gone. is it a bug or am i missing something?

Can't it get stolen by bandits

If you parked it at the Power Armor modding station, it shouldn't be stolen (from what I understand).

If you didn't, then it was probably stolen.
