Power Armor rebalance

So if we can get some sort of PA in Lonesome road, how powerful should it be to satisfy your requirements?
What stats should it have?

What id like would be damage reistance brought back in, maybe having the power armor give a base DT of lets say 20 and damage resistance of 50 (so that it protects against explosives and deathclaws and other high damage single attacks as well)

Also a perk that makes u crit immune (like light armor) and gives you a movement speed bonus (instead of extra crit chance)

And of course a perk for medium armor that gives some cool stuff.

again, im glad your not designing my armor and weapons in Fallout new vegas...might as well put a gun in there, erase everything else, and call it "the Gun" that does 999 damage a shot :/

my opinion:make the armor 5 points lighter then usual armor, and give it +1 strength, and no movement penalty, period. a DT of 20 is nice I suppose, or 25, even though none of this matters, since Deathclaws cut through armor like a hot knife through butter. but I would like a NEW design of armor..the typical T45d-b series just drop dead gets boring..

Removing the damage bleed through would do wonders by itself. A little DR wouldn't be too bad either.

For what ive been told thru geck users a PA update with around 40ishdt and 30dr keeps the pissants in bay but gives the bigger enemies their due pound of flesh

I am probably only going to stick with light to medium armor just because of the fact my gut is saying "no DLC PA" (though I do hope my gut just has indigestion). But if they do end putting in something like PA, I hope it is unique enough that it was worth getting while in the DLC. I was wondering if we could see the concepts of PA that were going to be included in OWB and perhaps have it appear in LR?

Perhaps we could get a confirmation if PA will be in LR?

hopefully it would be new designs, like some experimental power armor, lost. or another Enclave easter egg lol. anything to leap over t45 series..I mean dont get me wrong, i like them, but anything new in the design department?..

I wouldn't mind a suit of the FO3 Enclave armor, but hopefully very few re-skins are included in LR. I could understand the sneaky suit due to lore, but let's get some more unique stuff. Now to be fair quite a few things are new here and there in DLC's, but at the same time there are a good amount of identifiable reused things as well.

Again, I just want it to be unique in both design and how it works along with being worth using, or at least attend to one of these areas of interest.

Toss in "Zero weight when equipped" for the main body (not helmet) and you have a deal.

Critical immune? No, Light Touch only makes enemies suffer 25% less chance of getting a critical hit, that's hardly "immune"

I wouldn't mind a decent looking Armor, technological, at the moment all of the power armors just look like they've just been put together with massive metal sheets with lights on them, I was hoping from OWB something like a halo based armor (apologies if no one likes halo) because its so high tech, but no instead we got a ripped off assassins suit that's just been painted white that srceams at you and steals my stimpacts.

I hate Power Armors, except for Winterized T-51b power armor.
