If you have a power armor frame without on a power armor stand and you aren't carrying anything to add to it the you get stuck in an animation for about a minute before you can exit it.

You mean, if you don't have a power armor (parked) in front of your power armor station, then you stuck on that animation, if you try to use that station - RIGHT?

I have a power frame on a power armor station but I click on it to modify the basic frame but I don't have anything to add too it ( as in no X01 legs, arms. helmet or chest).
