i want to get the training but i cant with the brotherhood because i got in a bug where the elder in permanently "busy" and after i did dead money and dismissed arcade gannon i cant find him anywhere.so is there any way i can fix these and/or get power armor training anyways?

i think its only with bos or arcade.if ya on pc i think you can get him back with commands.also i think i read on this forum somewhere something about missing companions going to the centre of the map which i think is black mountain.i think they go there because of a bug so maybe start there and head back to lucky 38 taking the route they would but would have to walk rather than fast travel or you may miss him.good luck
