Ok, my last poll a lot of people agreed that energy weapons and sneak weren't useless. How about power armor though? I know a lot of people have been saying that it's kind of pointless to be using with things like Joshua's armor or Ulysses' Duster. I play on very hard and hardcoe. Post the difficulties you play on when you vote because I know that at lower difficulties that armors and weapons won't outshine each other as much as everything will pretty much die in one shot and all the decent armors give you decent protection.
