After doing the mission for the Institute that makes you enemies of the Brotherhood of Steel I decided to go try to eradicate them, because why not. After doing this and then completing some objectives for the "Powering Up" mission for the Institute I found it was impossible to start the directorate meeting by sitting in the chair. My last save was 3 weeks and 13 levels ago and I refuse to go that far back. Is there any fix for this or is this completely irreversible?

Also I left absolutely no survivors at the Prydwen or Boston International Airport. They do respawn, but elder maxxon and Paladin Danse and some other characters do not respawn.
