do you think we will need internet to get the pre order bonuses because i don't have it but i already pre order it or do you think its on the disk and all you will need to do is enter the code

More than likely. That's the way I've seen pre-order bonuses redeemed. You'll probably get some card, with a code on it, and you redeem it via LIVE, PSN, or Steam.

You'll need the Internet to play New Vegas regardless if you pre-ordered or not, because you will have to do a one time online activation through Steam to play the game. After that you won't need the internet, but you need to be able to sign online at least once when you first get the game.

Ya you won't need to authenticate with steam on the xbox however i do think you need an internet connection to redeem your pre order code.
Since you don't have the internet yourself the only way i could see being able to do this is if you take your xbox to a freind who has the internet and hook up to it for long enough to active the code then you will have the items available for each character you create.

I could be wrong on this but i don't think it would be just a code on a piece of paper because then you could use the code on multiple machines and get all the pre order codes for free of the internet thus making pre order bonuses not bonuses.

i had this problem myself about a year ago...wireless wouldnt pick up on my xbox....ened up getting a 100 foot connecter cord and ran it along the corner of the floors :ahhh:
