Please, PLEASE tell me if we can stack multiple pre-order bonuses on one game. If so, I will buy multiple copies and send the other to my brother. If not, then I am not buying multiple copies. Specifically, I want to buy the caravan pack and the mercenary pack. I want to pre-order from two different places and combine the bonuses on one game. I am fine with my brother not getting the per-order bonus. Can I do that?

Secondly: If I enter the code before I actually start a game, will the items be in my inventory when I start the game? Or will I have to jump through some absurd hoops to find the items I downloaded in a trash bin outside of New Vegas somewhere?
