Pre-Order Digital Download?

Where can i download it?!? its not in my records on the eastore, and i have not gotten an email, and its not on the download manager...

I stayed up til midnight for nothing.. lol :(

I bought it from Amazon.com and downloaded it in about 2 hours. Don't know if you can do that outside America.
