Relax, in all likelihood these pre-orders will be available as DLC at some point in the future. I know they said they
have no plans to release them in the future, but me thinks they legally have to say so they won't face any legal
action from those pre-order retailers that they most likely signed a contract with.
If SD and Bethesda say they are going to release these pre-orders at a later future date and time then most people
won't worry about pre-ordering from these specific retailers thus causing those retailers to lose business. Most
potential buyers would simply find the cheapest price at which they could get the game or wait to pick up a used
copy in a week's time. Pre-orders guarantee business for both game designer and game seller.
It's just smart business to release as much as they can in the terms of DLC, especially for a game with as much
customization as Brink. I would bet my *insert something valuable here* that we will see these pre-orders as
DLC at some point in the near future.
