I did't and I won't. With NDA and lack of gameplay footages it's just lottery.

hell no. Pre order already, it's just waste of money.

What about the play as all races in any faction, remove it or replace it!

I just watched a game play from the beta by another site, it was 16 minutes long so you get a pretty nice idea.

not impressed at all, at least from magic pov.

not gonna say what it was, of course, but it's... just normal, nothing amazing about it

considering the payment, the CE and other problems of zenimax, its sure as hell not worth the money, going to wait as well to see the rest before making up my mind.

Sounds like you've already made up your mind based on 16 minutes from beta footage. Yikes. And are then trying to not-so-passively make the OP reconsider based on this as well.

At least he made up his mind based on 16 minutes of beta footage. Most people who preordered did not have this "privilege".

I did say I will wait for more after the NDA is lifed, but with what I saw, the information we have now, it's just not good enough for the price, and bonuses, and other issue zenimax is doing, not even close.

Not for me anyway.

Same here. I will not pre-oreder until I actually see the game. Most companies today base their profit on people who pre-order based on marketing, promises and pretty pictures.

Pre-ordered the Imperial Edition. Always been an Elder Scrolls fan and I'd be kidding myself if I said I wouldn't play this (to be honest it could look like a piece of dirt and I'd probably give it a decent go). Don't know if I'll actually use the Imperial race or pets, but they seemed like a nice bonus for pre-ordering. As long as I can be a Breton, have a Bow and make some potions I'll be happy (although if they want to add Alteration and Illusion to the list of skills I'll be much happier :) )

Only one shop here has Imperial Edition listed in their systems yet, for a whopping $150 AU, but the other stores will know their prices too, which will probably be more reasonable, as the standard edition is around $90. If I can get the physical IE for 120 or less, I'll get it, otherwise I'll get the digital IE, which will probably be less than the boxed IE.

I pre-ordered the digital Imperial. I have played all the games set in TES since dagerfall so can't really miss this one.

Have they even confirmed an open beta?

I watched a Beta video on Youtube last week from a guy who posted it but was since removed. It was around an hour long in 3 parts. I think it broke the NDA..but not sure.

Anyway, I had the complete opposite experience to what you had: I was blown away. It's exactly what I was hoping for which is saying a lot since when I first saw it being played by the developer a while back, I thought it was terrible. That made up my mind to pre-order it.

It's more polished than I thought it would be plus the fact I like adventuring and locations mean a lot to me, when the player zoomed out you could see the scale of the world. Amazing. The scenery is really detailed.

I suppose it's what people look for in a game. I adventure alone most of the time and the environment is important so any cartoony rubbish like WOW or EQ2 is a downer for me. First person, semi-realistic graphics, big and varied environments. That's a good start....oh yeah and I pre-ordered the Imperial Digital version.

Yea few weeks ago, it was either Firor or Sage, seen so many interviews these days, they did say there would be an open beta, I am sure some one here has the link, I don't save things like that..:)

When I Said "Bethesda, take my money!" I didn't mean quite so much. I haven't preordered because a £49 ($80) price tag for the standard digital edition is really really hard for me to swallow at the moment. I find it very hard to justify that high of a price upfront. I don't mind the sub fee.

We'll see if I talk myself into it. Living in the UK isn't the best sometimes.
