in fallout 3, there was the Dirty Pre-War Businesswear and the Grimy Pre-War Businesswear.
the Grimy was a black suit with red tie, and the Dirty was a white suit with black tie.
in NV, there are the two different suits, but they are both a white suit with black tie.

i hope it gets fixed, because i always wear the Grimy Businesswear, and i'm missing it badly.
