Pre-Wasteland Fallout 4

After seeing how life was after the bombs fell and how everything changed, how about making a Fallout 4 in which the bombs haven't been launched yet? This could be something different and even interesting, maybe in order to understand the story better. It could possibly be a good DLC even!

What do you think?

Operation: Anchorage from FO3 was similar to this. I was thinking about how in the intro of the game you take control of a regular citizen on the streets just moments prior to the bombs landing, then rushing to a nearby vault to get a good grasp of the pre-war surroundings.

I love this idea. I put it in the Fallout 4 suggestions tread, but no one cared :cryvaultboy: ... Any way it would be great to see if you were a person that was right there when the bombs fell.
