Predatory plants!

Who wants to see predatory plants in Skyrim? If so, what would you like them to be like?

Wouldn't one assume they were found in Tropic areas? I mean, they should be pretty unlikely to find in an artic area as Skyrim

Doesn't fit with lore or logic, even in a fantasy based game. So no.

Itis a fantasy, if they wanted predatory plants in Skyrim they could implement them.

A carnivorous conifer? I don't think it would really fit. They can get away with poop like this in FO:NV because that game has a sillier feel, but ES has always tried to stick to a somewhat serious nature, and I feel that as the series expands it will only be directed toward more mature audiences.

Skyrim's not exactly arctic. I mean there's a whole continent, Atmora, north of Tamriel. It'll still be snowy and stuff but it's not like the north pole. Although, It is a fantasy game, so they don't need to conform to earthly rules.

I imagine there could be trees with bare, sharp branches, that wouls attempt to impale the player.

No, not in Skyrim. In Black Marsh or Valenwood, sure. But not in Skyrim.

I don't think so. They would have to do it properly. Like a little bush that shoots a round of thorns into you.

There are vampire plants that like blood, it'd be kinda cool to be walking along and all of a sudden a plant tries to eat you. I would find it funny, after I kill it.

Don't know about predatory, they do tend to go for insects. But I guess I wouldn't mind some poison effects on a few of them.

Oblivion had dangerous plants, but those were in Oblivion, not the mortal realm. Something like Spriggan maybe, not like the giant Venus Flytraps in New Vegas :D

For all intents and purposes the Dyads in Bloodmoon were predatory plants.

They were in a vault. Vault 11 I think. (could be 23 I am not sure)
