I'd say the release date will be 5-9 months from now, most likely Feb/16 ...so, 2/23/16.

October 23rd is on a Friday, so I'd say October 20th, 2015.

Soonest would be March 2016 to coincide with Oblivion's 10th year anniversary, latest would be Oct/Nov 2016.

I'm predicting that the day of the week won't matter. And I certainly hope that we get some minimum and reccomended system requirements when the game is announced.
