My prediction for the entire MQ

Create character, get lead to a public execution station, execution is interrupted (by a dragon or Esbren) and Esbren hauls your sorry butt outta town, gives you some supplies in addition to whatever you manage to pick up in the tutorial "fleeing for your life" and tells you to go meet him at x in/at/near y and tells you that you are the dragonborn. You meet up with him, do some research in towns and ruins and such, meet a cult, have to go to new base, kill off the cult, find some vital information, raise some sort of army and nab a McGuffin and kill the avatar of Aludin. Then you get some sort of sub-par equipment as a reward that doesn't do much but look good.

You do know that it's been confirmed since Jan. that we fond out we are Dragonborn in an event that includes a dragon (I'm going to assume it'll be your first dragon, seems pretty obvious.) To which the Greybeards then shout out Dovahkiin. Esbern doesn't just tell us.

Then after your escape dream you get led into prison, and have to get in a power struggle with the leading chain gang leader to get information from an ex-guard who worked at the imperial prison. After that you need to find an underground (but dangerous) passage into the gaurd's quarters as thats the only escape route. After a hefty battle through the guards quarters, you get stopped by a dragon at the exit. Then the warden puts you into a far higher security section and you need to get into a fist fight competition to win the respect of fellow inmates so they can help you escape into the mining labor section in hopes that you may once again reach the ulterior wagon port

Cool story bro.

Show's how much you know. It's already been confirmed that you are being lead to your execution which is then interupted by some kind of ethereals or spirit type things, who then save and and bring you to Esbern. Your so generic that sure, plenty of that could happen. Whats the point of this thread?

I could also give it a try: Your being lead to your execution. Somehow it's stopped. Later you find out that you're dragonborn. You then have to do some stuff. Then it ends.

Perfect, right?

Bethesda, how you coming on that game you're working on? Got a big filled-up disk there? Got a nice little story you're working on there? Your big game you've been working on for three years? Got a compelling protagonist? Yeah? Got an obstacle for him to overcome? Got a story brewing there? Working on that for quite some time, huh? Yeah, talking about that three years ago. Been working on that the whole time? Nice little narrative? Beginning, middle and end? Some friends become enemies and some enemies become friends? At the end your main character is richer from the experience? Yeah, yeah?

No no you deserve some time off.

Epic Stewie quote usage... The best part is I can imagine that being asked in his high pitched voice.

I think your parents should get killed by bandits dragons as a young boy gender-neutral youth, then Maze Esbern finds you in the burning wreckage of Oakvale your home town and takes you back to his Heroes' Guild Blades base to raise you as a hero.

Yeah, p much. Isn't that what a series of media typically does? Repackage the same story with enough significant changes that it isn't stale and predictable?

Books, movies, video games, you name it. Everything does it. Doesn't mean you can't be surprised and crap your pants.

Well if they're gonna rip off of the Fable series, better it be the first one.

That gets me thinking about Archery perks... I'd love for there to be a multiple arrows type spell that was in Fable lol.

Beginning is wrong. Esbern doesn't tell you you are dragonborn and there's no dragon at the execution. You find out later in an event involving a dragon, probably the first time you ever see one and most likely after you have met Esbern at that place he inevitably tells you to meet him.
