So We've started our unit on China in our Modern World History class, and it got me thinking, with China quickly growing into the next world Super Power as everyone expected it to, what do you believe we can expect from China in the future? With a large, prosperous economy could it turn into a more stable sort of Soviet Union after it becomes over populated and needs to exapand? Could it contend to become THE most powerful country in the world? just throwin ideas out there. Discuss.

dont see why that one was closed for being political, politics are politics, foreign affairs and general curiosity regarding other countries is another thing entirely

China's expansion is certainly a politically charged topic even if it may not inherently be political (although I'd argue it is).
