Pregnant Women

Post » Sun Jun 26, 2011 5:04 am

As long as there would be a way to make them not immortal (like a mod or console command), assuming Bethesda made them "essential", then yes. And that goes for all other kinds of characters as well.

It certainly would add another dimension so to speak to the game world, though I don't think it's in any way inherently needed.

Why go to the work of adding in the graphics for 5 people that have no real reason for being in the game?

Because to a lot of people, TES is more about the world than the game. Tan cups have no real reason to be in Oblivion, but you need little details to make a world in this style.

Who would believe I had to already had to remove a spam post, an inappropriate post, a child killing post and a religious post already. All of those things are against the rules of this forum. Let's leave all that out of this thread.

As to the topic, I think it would be pretty neat to have a pregnant woman in the game. Maybe we could help deliver her baby for a quest. :)

i would so not let a orc deliver my kid just saying

Huh... I wonder if argonians lay eggs...

I voted no btw. Unless they made them invincible, i cant see it going over well for PR purposes. Even if they did, i got this image of one being carried off by a dragon...

Better safe than sorry, because everyone has to admit they would take a crack (mace/sword, your choice) at them.

Why not. I'd be cool to see it as part of a marriage/relationship as long as they do it right. I doubt they will have it, but I wouldn't hate seeing it in

No, cos you probably wouldn't be able to kill them.

Agreed, I want my freedom. Let me do whatever I feel like doing to everything that moves (Kids are annoying enough as they are XD).

It would take way to much work to do properly, unless people are happy with women being pregnant forever. It could well get in the way of NPC uniqueness to be added as a feature as well.

I'd much rather the developers focus on important things, rather than trying to act like the sims.

I don't think it would really add anything to the game.

No, I want to ravage the lands of Skyrim. Children already stop me from completely rauaging, and as society stands pregnant women are as "important" as children. How about a fantasy world where I never see ANY children, because that is my fantasy.

Oblivion is the answer, as well as Morrowind.

Don't see the point unless it's involved in a quest. Not a fan of unkillable NPC's.

Oblivion is the answer, as well as Morrowind.

Ive played Morrowind 3 times as much as Oblivion, Oblivion 5 times more than everything exept Morrowind. I play all games a lot. It pains me to say, but I am bored of both now.

You could try Arena I haven't seen any children in it, Daggerfall has a few children I think.

The pregnant women in Skyrim (assuming there would be any) would be unkillable like the children in Fallout 3/NV/Skyrim.

EDIT: They would be kept to a minimum, about 5 total, and none guarding anything expensive.

If there is any pregnant women in Skyrim, their first on my "to kill list" just above dragons :celebration:
