Pregnant Women

Post » Sun Jun 26, 2011 12:42 pm

The pregnant women in Skyrim (assuming there would be any) would be unkillable like the children in Fallout 3/NV/Skyrim.

EDIT: They would be kept to a minimum, about 5 total, and none guarding anything expensive.

I have a feeling I don't want to know why you came up with this idea.

While it would help make the game more realistic... it would be unfair that they too couldnt be killed.
Not that I would, just saying.

sure, and after certain events in the story or after a certain amount of in-game months, they would have kids. But then they would have to put babies in too.

I came up with the idea because I glanced at the tv after coming from the bathroom to see a pregnant woman on the screen

Interesting idea. I like it, as long as being unkillable doesn't cause the developers to want to make them taunt you (see: Little Lamplight).

No, cos you probably wouldn't be able to kill them.

I say unkillable because I'm sure the rating boards would still consider it as killing a child

Dont get the feeling that I ment to be offensive with that. Just saying that it would get out of hand eventually. Not a bad idea in theory, but it would be a nightmare in practice.

Who would believe I had to already had to remove a spam post, an inappropriate post, a child killing post and a religious post already. All of those things are against the rules of this forum. Let's leave all that out of this thread.

As to the topic, I think it would be pretty neat to have a pregnant woman in the game. Maybe we could help deliver her baby for a quest. :)

Not sure about pregnant women and babies.

A game that features both killing people and babies, hmm.

I can see the the headlines now...

"Evil game company Bethesda is DESTROYING FAMILY VALUES!

Not against babies, but I have doubts. There was that one baby in fallout, that was cute.

Exactly why I mentioned they should be unkillable/unattackable.

No, because if children are already invincible, I doubt they'd let us kill fetuses. I'd like to have as few as possible unkillable NPCs, because I tend to kill spontaneously.

I might care if I can make a woman pregnant. Otherwise, meh.

Not joking, btw.

Way too much fluff for my taste. I really would like to see this kept more a fantasy setting than sim.

Ooohhh... Another "Whodunit" quest? :hehe:

Why go to the work of adding in the graphics for 5 people that have no real reason for being in the game?
