Since some days some dwellers are pregnant and the child will not be born. I heared about this bug often before and i thought and it has been fixed. But I was wrong. Very bad Bethesda!!!

So do you have enough space for them ... if there is no room in the living quarters then pregnant dwellers keep their babies and never deliver

But i have 10 free spaces left.......

Just build a barracks anyway. One will do. Should remedy it some of the time as it will trigger a recount or something

Click on the wheel on the top left where it lists all dwellers. It shows your vault capacity there like 64/64....


That means you have 64 dwellers but only 64 spots. If that is the case no one will give birth until you build another living quarter.


Once you fo have space everyone that is pregnant already will give birth over a few minutes, so make sure you have enough food and water for the new kids...

There is another possibility, too. If the time was glitched in any way and the Dwellers became pregnant in what is essentially the future, they won't give birth until that future date/time plus.

@OP The permanent pregnancy bug that was fixed dealt with deleting the Living Quarters that the Dweller became pregnant in. This prevented the birth because the children were born where they were conceived. Since that place no longer existed, they could not be born. That bug has been fixed. What is going on with your pregnant dwellers is something else.

I had 72 spots and 62 dwellers. But the childs were not born. Now I sold some barracks and built new ones. Sometime it worked then.

There are a lot of bugs I can only bypass with destruction and reconstruction
