So, as completely expected, there will be preloading on Steam for FO4. And, to no one's surprise at all, all PC copies of FO4 will require Steam.

Now, for those of us who have ordered physical copies of PiP Boy Edition and such from the Bethesada store, we have received an email saying the copy will arrive in time for the release.

I wonder if there is any chance for us to get our keys emailed to us in advance of the delivery so that we could preload. I am not sure how feasible this would be (are they able to associate keys with particular boxes before hand that have been sent to specific people and such), but it would make me, personally, very happy!

If not, I am sure I can wait for the download to begin after I get my key from the box. Not a big deal but I thought if any Beth people perused the forums they might pick up this idea.

EDIT: Or, if you could associate our key with the purchase order from the Bethesda store, then we could just check that for the key.

Probably no emails will go out that have keys in them.
