So far most reviews from early-copies of the game has been negative, this one must be the most positive one I've seen so far - glad you included the Day One patch in it, becuase it feels like the visuals was one of the main things that made people poop on the game

I have the ''meh'' in the back of my head, yeah - but I can't help to expect this will be something different than the other games I've played. If [censored] hits the fan I guess I'll take a break from gaming :P

My 7 friends will be disappointed that I persuaded them to purchase Brink if it does bomb.

Simmer down there tyke, Not everyone is going to have good things to say about Brink "premature" or not
I played brink for about an hour and a half last night, just did the first campaign mission as resistance and a parkour challenge. My overall experience that i told my friends was that "It's as much fun as a single player FPS game can be on a console"

And by that i mean i despise fps on consoles and am very much looking forward now to playing the game on tuesday on PC. The gameplay itself seemed pretty fun despite the bots being some of the worst i've seen in my entire gaming life.

My only quirks that i had was Sprinting down certain hallways that would have pipes sticking out as extra texture would cause me to run by them and perform a vault awkwardly on them basically just making me jump mid run which was kind of annoying.

Also the Tutorial is the worst thing ever in this game, It offers a XP reward but it literally lasts 15-20+ minutes with many of the videos near the end being completly redundant. they need to rework that severley, or make the xp reward higher then what it currently is for watching it.

Ive been hearing alot about teh graphics. The e3 stuffed looked good in the customization screen but i guess when you have 16 people running, all tyhe textureds of the ARK it could get blurry. I also have a "meh" feeeling with all these reviews but ive been waiting for this game for over a year, lost friends and family because of this game, and failed tests so i could get teh latest info. Can someone shine some light on the "patch" thing? what is it exactly?

I hope you're being sarcastic here. no game is worth losing family or friends over. Especially not over your average FPS game

who are calling a tyke?

i was saying that because this review is premature, it should not be used to persuade or disuade anyone from buying the game.
and if you don't like the tutorial, let it play and go eat soemthing, cuz you probaly won't have time to eat for the next few days...

You havent even played it, yet you assume this.
And yes i would say that regardless if i had already played it or not. Brink is not the second coming of Jesus, and it will not be the next Counter Strike. It will be very fun, but nothing to lose sleep over.

Still not sure if you're trolling, but knowing that there actually are people like this really out there, i pity your existance.

When i played this game last year i had no time to notice anything wrong with the graphics, it was on 360 and i didnt see anything bad with it. Unless they messed up since then, i would imagine the graphics are fine unless you wanna be really picky but no one moaned that much about the cod games? those graphics aren't top notch

That's because The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the second coming of Jesus.

Considering they're both direct sequels id say at the very least they are quite indeed the second coming of their predecessors
