I preordered Crysis 3 Hunter Edition, and it said that it came with Crysis 1, and I didn't get it. Nothing in my email and not in my origin account. Anyone else with this problem?

Where did you pre-order? IIRC, a few places like Amazon didn't include Crysis 1.
