It has indeed been confirmed for world wide release.

So if I could be bothered to get it on the 11th and if a shop in NZ does a midnight release I could play it a full 12 HOURS before it's released in Britain, and hence give major spoilers of the main quest for the morning of the games release...

Anyone keen?

No. Release will be at 12 AM EST on 11-11-11 and you'll be able to get it at whatever time that equates to wherever your at.

Major spoiler : I got this quest from a person selected for me by radiant story, and it sent me to a cave selected for me by radiant story. Because I play sneak, radiant story gave me this boss level enemy.
