Presidential Metro

I read on the wikia that there were tons of Easter Eggs in the Presidential Metro during the Broken Steel DLC. Has anyone seen any of them? :)

I can't really think of many that stuck out. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough or I have forgotten.

Though, what I do remember is the epic battle against the Reavers -- it's the stuff of legend.

There is a continuation of the ongoing teddy/gnome conflict there that you can find.

I loved how if you looked through a hole to the other railway, you see a ghoul get splattered by one of the trains :celebration:

There's the worker who had a shocking experience and the train you ride will usually run over either a ghoul or a robot too.

Bah, you're missing out big time by doing that. Man up, soldier! :P

Seriously, get a few followers, stock up on ammo and stimpaks and then let the legendary battle ensue! People will die, but that makes it all the more epic, IMO.

I had Cross and Dogmeat with me at the time. Nobody died. Although I would have felt better if SOMEBODY did.

Well, Cross got killed by an officer that stole the Alien Blaster from the armory.

Oh, no. Adams Air Force Base isn't that hard, but the Reavers are beasty.

I had Butch, Charon, Cross and my level 25 self and it was still the most challenging battle in the entire game.

And yeah, on the Mobile Base Crawler, I couldn't find the Alien Blaster in the crate (I knew it would be that due to the cells) and then I witnessed Cross (worst follower, and the most annoying) use it on an Enclave soldier! That was mine. :( I promptly took it back.

Next time I go to the Presidential Metro I'm leaving Dogmeat at Vault 101. And take more followers. Non-creature ones, too.

The artillery make it easier. Well, outside. (at the Adams Air Force Base)

One more reason to hate her, huh? Hope she didn't use too much ammo.

All followers always die during that battle. So I tell them to wait, and go take care of it myself. Paralyzing Palm is really the only hope... or use your Fatman.

I didn't have either. :(

Though, three tough companions, Wintersized T-51b, and trusty ole Vengeance did the trick. :)

I don't use companions there, usually; though they can be useful for helping haul junk back to the Citadel. Last time I did that quest, I had Clover with me. She annoyed me so much I fired her before I got to Adams AFB, and just used the console to increase my carry weight.
