How do you complete that quest? I explored the whole factory and only found a door requiring a key, a very hard locked door, an office with a safe and a nice janitor robot.

im stuck there too but only thing i found out is.. if you activate the robot and wait for a while until he comes back and check the trash can outside of room... there will be some good stuff he cleans out..

Inside the warehouse you must go to the center of the room walk up to the bottle cap press acitvate it and the strip all the important looking bits out of the machine. The n return to alice

Go to the Sunset Sarsaparilla Headquarters and enter the presimes via the doors vbehind the giant bottle. Expect protectron security and shipping robots to impede your progress through the corridors before reaching the shipping warehouse. The bottle cap press is roughly in the center of the room. Activate it and strip it of the parts.
