Hey, so I downloaded Skyrim SE last week and was able to play it properly, with mods, for about 2 days. After which, the game was unplayable for some reason.

The problem:

I start the launcher and press play. Nothing happens. Skyrim SE shows up in my task manager under background processes, and there is nothing on my screen, including the taskbar. Waited a couple minutes to half an hour, and nothing shows up.

Solutions I've tried:

I've tried setting the compatibility settings to Windows 7, tried putting both the launcher and game to run as admin, tried redownloading the game, deleted some mods, verified game cache, deleted the mod and data folder, and even waited a whole day to update Windows 10, my AMD processor, video card, etc. (Windows update automatically updated everything when I pressed update, and made me waste a ton of time (miss being able to choose updates)).

What is the problem here? Why is it that this keeps happening. The same thing happened to me in the regular Skyrim game, where it would be unplayable for a long period of time, when I just want to play the game. Any fixes that I haven't tried yet?
