Preston Garvey dialogue bug?

[spoiler ALERT]

Dear friends,

I know, this is a bug, but I'm posting in the "General Discussion" because I'm not exactly reporting it, it was already reported, but I want to know if anyone knows how to solve it, if there is some tricky way to dodge this.

Well, after finishing the history (see the hidden spoiler), Preston Garvey just keep saying the same dialogue. And no, it isn't the classic "There's a settler that dropped his ice cream, I'll mark it on your map" stuff.

Whenever I talk to him, he always starts the same dialogue. I've maximized his affinity with constantly doing weapon mods, and, now that he "Idolizes me", I want the "United We Stand" perk, but I can't start the conversation that leads to it.

Spoiler

I've destroyed the Institute sided with the Brotherhood of Steel, and I didn't activated the evacuation system before blowing it to hell. Now, Preston just keeps saying:

"The Institute is gone. I guess I'm glad about that. But... you just killed everyone? There wasn't any other way?"

Appears the 4 possible answers, and whatever I pick, he complains about killing everyone and bla bla bla...

Doesn't matter if I talk to him or if he just "spontaneously" talk to me, he always says the same thing. I don't even get more annoying settlement quests!

Anyone knows how to solve it in the console? I want to get his perk before the Automatron release.

Thanks!
