Is he worth buying lunch boxes?

meh hes a ultra rare, and his gun is 10-13 and its not like your going to be garantied to get him with X number of packs.

I think the sale on lunchboxes is great. Bought 40 yesterday and got 7 legendary dwellers, one of them being garvey.


I was dissapointed his laser musket uses the rifle animation, not to mention how weak it is, as above poster pointed out.They could have at least made it use the energy weapon one, seeing as how it is a LASER musket.


High perception and endurance... Meh.


Love his coat. Gave it to one of my explorers. its cool.

His coat is the only item so far that gives +8 total SPECIAL points. The other outfits max at various +7 totals.
