Everytime, I talk to Preston he tells me he Can't believe I blew up the institute and what a horrible person I am for blowing everyone up inside, blah blah.

He no longer gives me quests, just repeats this conversation over and over again. I've tried all 4 responses from "I regret it." to "I don't regret anything."

As the leader of the Minutemen I want him fired but failing that and clue on how to fix this?

P.S He was working fine before the latest patch.

I take it you didn't sound the evacuation prior to blowing the place up. If not I think he hates you now.
