So like many my Preston quests dryed up after 1.3(I'm on PS4).After getting 1.4 last night they are back in full force,lol.I just finished the main story after going with the Brotherhood and destroying The Institute and just before that the Preston quests came back,don't know if it had anything to do with the 'Form Ranks' quest which wanted me to get more settlements onside though.Anyway,now every time I see Preston he has a job for me and he had never given me any after 1.3.Also,does anyone know how to start a settlement on Spectacle Island,its just abandoned at the moment.

Just fired up Fallout 4 on my PS4 and Preston quests are still dried up. Gave me quite the scare there.

I think the mm radiant quests come back in full flow after finishing the MQ

I am level 108 now and I wish Preston's quest were back. I was hoping they would list them as Radiant so he wouldn't spam others.

I only talk to him when I want quest from him, so it isn't a problem for me.

Not having his 5 radiant quest, now that is painful. Especially since my main is aligned with the institute and those are on a 24 hour reset. And the timer seems to not reset sometimes. Thus making getting those radiant quest back sometimes take going to a couple of settlements and working on them for a day or 2 to get the quest again. Resting for 6 days at the institute or any other settlement just doesn't work when the clock doesn't reset.

After the patch I noticed that the settlements were actually asking for help again. I was happy to have that again. But I haven't talked to Preston yet to see if he has quest again. I hope he does.

Sadly though after the patch I went to settlments that had 25 or more settlers and were sending them to Sanctuary and the Castle. I then decided to build a bar for Sanctuary. As it gives me someone else to sell trash to and I could buy the alcohol so I can pump up my charm and move more settlers to Sanctuary. As I was doing this I noticed the patch was applied. But I tried the rug glitch, to put my Bar in it's own shack, and then things went horribly wrong. The bar would only sit on the pavement. Everything else was very difficult to get it to sit on. It even went through the wooden floor, as if it wasn't there.

I then reloaded and now Fallout won't let me into the game. It starts, will show the SPEACIAL videos. It shows my game to load, and then boots me back to the XBOX home. Where I try again. After this happened three times it actually froze up my XB01. I rebooted and I tried other games. They are fine. It is only Fallout 4. And it is simply unplayable for me. As I can't get into the game to load my character. Only the loading crap.

Hopefully Bethesda fixes this ASAP.
