Has anyone else noticed that there are fewer people (NCR AND convicts) in Primm post patch?

Has anyone else noticed that there are fewer people (NCR AND convicts) in Primm post patch?

I have noticed that in my game Lieutenant Hayes is by a campfire inside of Camp Forlorn Hope and Sergent Mcgee has disappeared.. other than that no.

yes its missing a total of 4 convicts its not just you

Pre patch i found Sgt McGee patroling the waste between Primm & Goodsprings.

mine lt hayes is the only one inside his tent and there are only 2 more ncr troopers outside his tent plus i only have two standing infront of the door to vickky and vance then the bison hotel there were only 3 convicts in side one of them being the leader

For me there were 2 outside vicky and vance 1 on the rollercoaster tracks 5 on the top floor and like 7 inside so maybe thats where mine were hiding

Ya there is usaully 4 outside and i only found 2
