Will set to work on some for Malduin shortly, expect one up for him by tomorrow night.
As for a new character, I was considering doing a lord likey from Markwesten.

Also, this might have been asked before but i've not yet read it, What do the numbers next to them mean?
For example;
The County of Markwasten(5): (Open)

Their position on http://i865.photobucket.com/albums/ab216/asapp152/OPaPGeoMap3.jpg.

Here be some character snippets.

Camaron Thagor - It is a difficult business, being a serious and heroic king; far easier it is to be a flamboyant and scandalous one, as the ruling head of House Thagor has discovered long ago. A man better known for his exploits in feasts and bedrooms (not all of them his own), in his own kingdom Camaron is viewed with light amusemant by the majority of the nobility behind closed doors, considered a half-decent filler for the throne who is, at any length, far better than an active monarch; the opinions of foreign rulers tend to be less charitable. That they overlook the fact Daggerfall has prospered of late is a rather gratifying point for Camaron himself.

Kelmena Thagor - Few eyebrows were raised or heads turned when a sixteen year old sat down in the throne next to Camaron; the arrival from Camlorn had a very southern beauty to her, which did more than enough to explain why Kelmena was queen to those who did not believe political gain to be the only reason. Four years in the court of Daggerfall have allowed her to bloom into the young woman few may have imagined her as back in her father's court, as well as firmly imprinting upon her an understanding of how matters were handled in the southern kingdom. This, though, fails to make her feel entirely at home in Daggerfall, or seem that way in the demanding eyes of the kingdom's ancient nobility.

Samuel Bridwell - Every king needs a right hand; Lord-Marcher Bridwell of Tamwych fills the role, efficiently if not particularly enthusiastically. A man of martial bearing and martial interests, it is somewhat peculiar that he is the closest personal friend Camaron considers to have, given that their personalities could not appear to be further apart. Regardless, as long as the king asks for it, Samuel will continue to serve as his serious foil, guardian and aide with loyalty and a brusque determination that seems to run in the Bridwell family.

Next batch later, when I can be bothered to withdraw from my newfound Ciaphas Cain, HERO OF THE IMPERIUM! (obligatory large ham-ness) novels.

Vincent and Gavril, we all need to talk about this character I'm planning. He sheet has a lot to do with the Portdun - Gwened Conflict as well as the ruling families of Gwened and Evermore. I'd like to be able to plan out all of the history stuff with all of us present.

I'm on EST (GMT-5), Vincent is on GMT, what time zone are you in Gavril? I'm good for discussion on weekdays from (9:30PM-4:30AM GMT) and (6:30PM-6:30AM GMT) on weekends.

Also, Broken Scale, what time is good for you to get on Facebook with Vincent and I? We need to work out the details of the story arc we discussed.

I can do it now, if you want. I also have an hour or two tomorrow at around 1:30 PM (Pacific), or anytime Sat.

It's about 11:40PM here so I'm just about to head to bed. Tomorrow around 1:30PM PST would be better. That's about 4:30PM for me, which is about the time I get home. Vincent should be on at that time as well.

Sounds good.

I'll try to post and get the character summaries up tomorrow too, those those will probably be later at night. I've already written Ser Garrett's part of the post, but I'm having some trouble with Elissa's. I think I may ditch the first person perspective if I'm still having trouble.

I have no idea what PST is :P anyway I live in Belgium, Brussels which is UTC+1. Ok I think I found it. If you guys use the Daylight-saving time I'm either +8(If you use DST) or +9 hours(If you don't use DST.). :P I hope I was correct.

Anyway I live in the country which invented DST or was it the meridian line I resolve to forget, The UK (God save the queen etc. etc.)

EDIT:Why exactly were all these things invented was it just to confuse us?

PST is Pacific Standard Time (GMT -7 or GMT -8DST) and EST is Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5 or -6). So yest you were correct :P

I should probably post a User Contact Info section in the OP to make it easier to coordinate communication.

I highly suggest that everyone get Skype. I'm not a big fan of it, but other than Facebook and Teamspeak it's the easiest to use. It shows everyone's time (in their zones) as well, so it's easier to coordinate time on there as well. It'll be an easy way to coordinate RP events off the forum and in real time. Vincent, PFA, and I already have accounts on there.

It doesn't matter to me. If you would prefer that it stayed private then you can PM it. If not you can post it.

Howdy! Thinking about joining up here as well. However, I need some information on The Duchy of Thorkan. Where might I find that?

I doubt you'll find much if anything. The closest the smaller Bretic realms came to being fleshed out is in Daggerfall, which did not include any of the north-eastern more lands (and even the ones that are included in the game tend to have only the slightest of snippets about them). You could run a quick search through the Imperial Library, but you'll most likely have to make everything up yourself, with a sentence or two of real lore to start from if you're lucky.

Finished a description for county Alsace:

Northpoint Cartographers Guild- Alsace

County Alsace a land famed for its Lorraine Wine often a favourite with connoisseurs’ and nobles it is mostly flat with a few hills to the south however is the Lorraine mountains which are abundant in silver and iron and heavily patrolled because of this the Just knights of the griffin are a common sight on the mountain roads and passes, to the left splitting Alsace from Auvergne is the Seine river, Alsace has had a bloody past with this county and many castles are built along this river, at the river mouth, the counties namesake capital is located there located on an Island with sea stacks on the northern end developed with towers linked to Castle Alsace.

Castle Alsace is a small castle built on a smaller island linked to the main island by a Stone bridge the sea stack towers are located around this island, the style in which it is built in resembles that of Anvil castle indeed often it is called the Anvil of the north However its port is styled like the port of the Imperial city waterfront, at the end of the bridge linking it to the main land is a large town of wooden buildings often called Alsace Nova due to the fact that the lower classes and poor live here while Alsace has the middle classes and its current ruling family The Scipion line.

The rest of Alsace is mainly flat land Lorraine Vineyards are located in the foothills of the Lorraine mountains, The land is fertile and the main crop is grain and also is the largest Strawberry producer in Tamriel to the east lies the county of Thorkan the borderline is maintained through castles and diplomacy there isn’t much else to say about this unremarkable county other than the weather is always pleasant and the rain only falls when the farmers want it to, The current ruler of County Alsace Is Count Julius Scipion.

Imperial Library came up with nothing, and only a couple of results for Northpoint. So I guess that means I shall be coming up with everything for it myself. Hmmmm. Will be fun and interesting, to say the least. Reserve the Duchy for me, Asap, if you would please.

Shornhelm is also looking a little bare. Atm Shornhelm has no king, (well, kind of, I've taken him over now) only a single Prince and a navy, being RPed.

I'm good for today at anytime. Just got back from a golf tournament. Nine hours of 101F weather. It was horrible haha. Ended up shooting an 87 (41/46). First place shot a 59 (28/31)

Howdy! Thinking about joining up here as well. However, I need some information on The Duchy of Thorkan. Where might I find that?

Well....there is none :P

I made the county up since there wasn't one there before.
