I need help. I wanted to create a new username having still another acount(Pro_Alcatraz). It said that thee was a problem. So, I rebooted Crysis 2, and it said that I could play, but with the first level, when I was in the last reboot and in the maximum level. I can proof it with this:

I would like to know if it is possible to have my acount again, and the most important, all my friends, because I lost them all.

To create a new username you must crete a new single player profile and switch to your new profile to play it.

Multiplayer accounts are also linked with your single player profile, so if you have 2 accounts you need 2 single player profiles, if you have 5 accounts you need 5 single player profiles.

I do not think it is possible for you to retrieve your lost stuff now.
